Deer Hunters Net

Anyone going to FHL for turkey? I was thinking that maybe we could get another JHO hunt together since presidents day didn’t workout. The weather is getting better and FHL is drying out. More areas will open up I’m sure. I will probably take my rifle for hog and bow for turkey/hog depends on areas. I had a good time meeting other members and sharing stories around the fire. Mike

Sure is nice weather here in eastern Ontario lately. Highs around 6-10 degrees for the past couple weeks. Supposed to be 10 today, a little rain tomorrow with a high of 4, then highs between 10 and 14 for the rest of the week! Pretty soon we’ll be out golfing eh Joe.

Gonna go to Ottawa today to smash a bucket of balls.

…. at how I always wake up a few minutes before my alarm two mornings of the year- opening day of bow season and then again on turkey season opener. I always have to drag myself out of bed from then on, but those come easy.
