Diamond Archery located at 926 W Harry Wichita, KS is hosting a Hunter’s swap meet. Buy, sell, or trade anything that has to do with hunting. It will start at 11am and end around 4pm. Tables are not provided but feel free to bring your own.

I have a ? its if I have a western General Bow tag can I hunt on the eastside?

I watched the born and raised outdoors and they hunt the coast but just went over east. A couple of my friends said you can but not in controled areas.

Is this true??

So I buy an 08.5 GT few weeks ago. Bow was about 1/4" shy of making the brace heigth and was only maxing 67 lbs. You could see the string had some extra twists in it (after market) so I take some twists out and put that many more into the cables. BH is now where it should be and I think the ATA is 34.5". Well it maxes 75+ lbs on the scale.
Just getting into the tuning aspect. So what do I need to do?
I was moving my Axis at 428 gr @ 294.

I’m refering to the fletching, repairing and replacing items on arrows and bows. All the stuff that gets you to the range or a tree stand with confidence that you have a bow and arrows that are ready to perform. I just enjoy setting in the shop and tinkering with a new bow or a new dz. arrows, fletching or putting in inserts and points. Maybe even reading a book about how to be a better archer, all the stuff that archery is all about.

I asked a guy who works in a local archery shop about the clear serving that’s on the Bowtech Destroyer. He said that it is actually white serving and that it’s .012 Halo. He said that when it’s stretched over the string that it goes clear. The smallest Halo serving that I know of is .014. I don’t have a Destroyer, but I might end up making a string for one sometime and I’d like to know about that serving. Also, I just bought my Admial FLX today!! I’m absolutely loving it!! I noticed that it uses the same clear serving over the string for the roller guard. Do I have to use this serving when I make a string for it or would my .015 2X serving work here? Or could I just use .017 3D serving (that’s what I usually use for roller guard area)? Thanks guys!! -Chris
